Booking Terms & Conditions

This page outlines how payments and confirmation for your sessions work. Please make sure you've read and understood it before confirming your booking.

Payments

Individual & Taster Sessions: Full payment is required no later than 48 hours before the session.


Extended Coaching Sessions: A £200 deposit reserves your date. The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before the session.


Personal Retreats: A £200 deposit reserves your date. The remaining balance is due no later than 1 week before the retreat.


Coaching Packages & Programmes:

  • Full payment upfront or
  • Payment plan (if available): first instalment must be paid at least 48 hours before the first session.

Play Sessions: Full payment is due to confirm your booking. Alternatively, you may reserve your date with a 20% deposit and pay the balance no later than 48 hours before the session.

Reserved dates

If you have reserved your dates but not completed full payment and I receive another enquiry for the dates/times you have reserved I will always let you know and give you first option to fully confirm before releasing the dates.

Late Payments

If payment is not made on time (48 hours before sessions, 1 week before retreats), I may treat this as a cancellation or reschedule, and associated costs may apply (see Cancellation & Rescheduling below).

Cancellations & refunds

If you need to cancel completely:

Individual Sessions:

  • Cancel up to 48 hours before: 50% refund.
  • Cancel within 48 hours: no refund.

Personal Retreats:

  • Deposit is non-refundable.
  • Additional payments are fully refundable if cancelled more than 1 week before.
  • If cancelled within 1 week: 50% refund of additional payments.

Packages & Programmes:

  • If paying by instalments: no refunds on payments already made.
  • If paid in full: 50% refund available if cancelled before halfway through the programme.

It's unlikely that I will cancel completely - I will usually offer the option to reschedule first. If I do need to cancel completely I will refund any money paid for sessions that have not yet been taken (this may be a percentage of the total you've paid).

Rescheduling

If you reschedule:

  • Changes may incur extra costs if travel/venue bookings are affected (for sessions outside my home studio).
  • I will keep costs to a minimum and confirm them with you before rescheduling.
  • These costs are in addition to your deposit and any other payments already made.

If I reschedule:

  • You may choose either a full refund of fees paid or transfer your booking to a new date at no extra cost.
  • I am not responsible for any additional expenses you may have (e.g., travel, accommodation).
