If you’re working with me in person this is likely to take the form of an Immersive of at least one day. If you're working with me online this may be in the form of a single session, or a series.

Working In-person

Confirming your Immersive booking

Making the first payment confirms your booking.

This Confirmation Payment enables me to cover the booking logistics, admin, travel and venue costs (when required).  Your immersive is only confirmed once I have received this payment.

I cannot guarantee any dates we have discussed until I have received this payment, so I generally advise this to be made as soon as possible after we have agreed dates.

Payment schedule

For conSensuality Immersives:

  • Confirmation Payment of £200 confirms your introductory online coaching session and holds the date for your in-person immersive
  • Final Payment (£450 if you're working with me in Edinburgh or London, or £290 if you're working with me at my home base), is due after your online session, and is required at least 1 week before the in-person session date.

For 1-day Immersives:

  • Confirmation Payment (full cost) is required at least 3 weeks before the date of the session.

For 2-day Immersives:

  • Confirmation Payment (50% of full cost) is required at least 3 weeks before the first session date.
  • Final payment (remaining 50%) is required at least 1 week before the first session date.

You are also welcome to pay the full costs in your Confirmation Payment.

For 3-day Immersives:

  • Confirmation Payment (33% of full cost) is required at least 3 weeks before the first session date.
  • Final payment (outstanding balance) is required at least 1 week before the first session date. You may choose to make this in 2 staged payments if timescales allow.

You are also welcome to pay the full costs in your Confirmation Payment.

Late payment:

If final payment is not made at least 1 week before our first session date I reserve the right to treat this as a cancellation or reschedule on your part, with any associated costs (see Cancellation & Rescheduling section below).

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Immersives

I do understand that Life Happens. So here’s how it works if we need to make a change to our session date once it has been confirmed.

If you need to cancel:

I will keep your first Confirmation Payment.  If you have made a second payment I will refund this in full if you cancel any time up to 1 week before our session date. If you cancel within 1 week of our session date I will refund 50% of your second payment.

If you need to reschedule:

Changing the date of our session will affect any bookings I have already made for travel and venue.  I may therefore need to charge an additional fee to cover the cost of any changes required. I will always do my best to keep these costs to a minimum, and will advise you of them at all stages of the reschedule process.  These costs will be in addition to your first Confirmation Payment, and any second payment you may have made.

If I need to cancel or reschedule:

In the event that I need to cancel due to ill health or personal reasons you will have the option for a full refund of all fees already paid, or to transfer these to a new booking with no additional charges.

I will not be liable for any costs (such as travel or accommodation) which you might incur.

Cancellation due to coronavirus:

Unfortunately I am unable to insure against costs for travel and venue which are lost due to coronavirus.  If we are forced to cancel a session a very short notice because either of us has tested positive, or is required to isolate, I may incur unavoidable costs to reschedule.

I appreciate this is not an ideal situation, for either of us, and in such a scenario I will communicate with you to find the best solution on a case by case basis.

Working Online

Confirming your online booking

For online sessions or packages full payment confirms your booking. This must be made at least 48 hours before the start of the first session, otherwise your session slot will be released and may need to be re-booked.

Cancelling & Rescheduling Online Sessions

If you need to change or cancel an online session there's a bit more flexibility than in person. Here's how it works if you need to make a change to our session date once it has been confirmed.

If you need to reschedule:

You can reschedule a session twice, at any point up to the start time of the session, without charge.  If you want to reschedule the same session more than twice I reserve the right to charge an additional £40 to cover my admin time.

If you need to cancel completely:

I will refund you in full if you cancel any time up to 48 hours before our session date. After this point I will refund 50% of the amount already paid.

If I need to reschedule or cancel completely:

There will be no charge to you.

Cancellation due to Coronavirus:

Although testing positive for Coronavirus may not affect our ability to work together online in the same way it would in person I recognise that it may impact physical capacity to engage with the working process. If this is the case any charges which may otherwise be due (see above) will be waived with confirmation of a positive test.

Two important notes:

  • Please make sure you select ‘personal payment’ rather than ‘goods’. This means I don’t need to charge you transaction costs.
  • If you're making a payment from a non-sterling (non-UK) PayPal account you'll need to add an additional 5% to the total you are transferring to cover PayPal's international transfer fees.
